For custom designs, pre-order on the store, request a variation, and go through the quoting, design, production, and pick-up or delivery process. Frames are ready in one week.

It is not more than 3 m in height, or if within 1 m of a boundary, no more than 2.4 m in height. If attached to another building of a different class on the same property, it must not extend beyond the front wall of that building. If not attached to any other building, it must be the only Class 10a building on the property and be set back at least 9 m from the front street alignment and 2 m from each side street alignment. It should not be constructed of masonry.
